求人内容
2WP fuel injection component Project Manager for two-wheeler and powersports.
・Single point of contact for interdisciplinary effort to define design, integrate component and manage fuel injection system
・Definition and development of a component for powertrain system together with customer to meet the project objectives with the best outcome
・Deployment and management of technical requirement to interdisciplinary/international team (e.g. specification of components).
・Orchestrate the team with coordinated actions intended to complete powertrain system
・Balancing the reasonable expectations by balancing project deliverables.
・燃料噴射システムの設計定義、コンポーネントをシステムへの統合に際してのウィンドウパーソン
・プロジェクト目標を達成し、最良の結果をもたらすよう、お客様と協力してパワートレインシステムのコンポーネントの定義および開発。
・学際的/国際的なチームへの技術要件の展開と管理 (コンポーネントの仕様など)。
・パワートレインシステムの完成を目指してチームで連携する。
・プロジェクトの成果物と顧客の期待値に対して合理的なバランス調整業務。
資格Communication Skill : Initiate / Coordinate Customer discussion and lead technical clarification.
• Electrical/Mechanical engineering knowledge
• Experience of electric control product development (Prefer)
• Japanese communication skills (Business level)
• English communication skills (TOEIC > 700)
• Basic knowledge of Motorcycle (Prefer)
• Structured and reliable working style
• Open minded and team oriented personality
• Challenging sprit and driving force for new things.
